Licence Grant

SecureThink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the SecureThink application on the number of devices permitted by your licence tier (1 device for Standard, 3 devices for Multi), solely for your own personal or internal business use.

Payment & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all transactions, taxes, and refund processing. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your licence key has not been activated. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. To request a refund, contact support@securethink.co.uk.

Intellectual Property & Data Sovereignty

SecureThink owns all rights to the application code and associated materials. You retain full ownership of all documents you process through SecureThink and all outputs generated by the application.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Share or transfer your licence key to third parties
  • Use the application for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

AI Disclaimer

SecureThink uses large language models (LLMs) that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. AI-generated content is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You must verify all AI outputs with a qualified professional before relying on them. SecureThink expressly disclaims liability for any decisions made based on AI outputs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SecureThink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

SecureThink's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. SecureThink is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Updates & Changes

We may provide updates to the application and reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of SecureThink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
